She Bangs!

OK...so I haven't had bangs since high school with my big-hair perm days! So here's my new look ala my friend Akiko (she's almost done with beauty school):

Florida Trip June 2006

For 4 days in June, 20 other YWD (young women's division) and I from Northern CA went to Florida for a national buddhist conference. It was an AMAZING experience. It was the 10th anniversary for FNCC (Florida Nature and Culture Center) and 40th Anniversary for the Young Women's Division. 200 young women from the country participated. Here are some pix:















This place is beautiful! It's near Ft. Lauderdale and is located on 125 acres of restored wetlands surrounding a lake pictured here.





















Nestor Torres was a surprise performance on the 1st night! First time I saw him was in Hawaii last year and was stoked to see him perform again!cCheck out his site: http://www.nestortorres.com/














The Norcal team did a skit (a musical!). I helped with the audio and played one of the 3 devilish functions. I know very out of character for me since I'm so angelic...heh heh heh :P

SVCC 3 year Anniversary

This year I made a commerative DVD celebrating our 3 year anniversary at our community center. Sensei wrote our region and said he saw the video!!!

Summer Fun

OK...some people have been telling me to post pix since I'm such the paparazzi! So I decided to show some pix of things I've done over the summer. Hope you like them!

Let's start with May (month of my birfday)!!!

Beginning of May, went to Sonoma for my friend, Christa's, bachelorette party:

Later that week was my birthday! Had a chill birthday at Buca with some friends & Angela took us out a few weeks later for tea!










Mother's Day. Had breakfast with my SGI moms (Tanya & Amy). Later that day was spent with my cousins and Aunt....here's a pic with my cute niece, Kaela:










Celebrating Jon's Bday in downtown Palo Alto!

Overcoming obstacles (2x4) in motorcycle safety class! I passed the road test but still have to go to the DMV to pass the written test. Been looking for a nice starter bike and cute gear so I can start riding :)
